“The Unhappy Hour” host Brian Engelman discusses a difficult week in sports that saw:
– The undefeated Buckeyes blew a chance at a National Championship with a loss to the Michigan State Spartans in the Big10 Championship Game.
– The Cleveland Browns had a solid lead in the 4th quarter vs. the Patriots, & a questionable pass interference call, botched onside kick recovery, & a short game winning field goal attempt: Once again allowed the Browns to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
– The Indians have not been very active in free agency & have even been discussing trading their ace pitcher Justin Masterson,

– But hey, The BGSU Falcons won the MAC Conference Title
– & The Cavs have won 5 of their last 6.

The Cleveland Indians have fought hard all year & find themselves right in the midst of the 2013 wild card playoff race. As of press time, the Tribe is tied with the Rays for the 1st wild card spot, & a game ahead of the Rangers, they have a favorable remaining schedule, & seem poised to make the payoffs under new manager Terry Francona.

– A Dodger fan was stabbed & killed in San Francisco this week. Brian & Ben discuss what the heck is wrong with people.
