Brian recently read a facebook post from Julie Borowski posing this question, (seemingly in reference to the passing of Westboro Pastor Fred Phelps who picketed funerals of U.S. troops) and it got him thinking about how to deal with anger, fear, hate, & love.

The FCC has just dropped this plan, but where in the world do these governmental figures get off by blatantly violating, or even discussing, the violation of the 1st amendment?
Why does the NSA think that they can violate the 4th amendment.
Why did Obamacare violate the 10th amendment?
Why is Washington continuing to push for violations of the 2nd amendment?
